Instant delivery or team delivery: what is the difference?

Each pack on a product page sits under one of two headings. Instant packs are sent automatically the moment your payment clears. Team packs are sent by a person on our team, usually within 30 minutes.
Why not make everything instant?
Instant delivery depends on stock from our suppliers. When a supplier is slow or a pack runs out, it moves to team delivery instead of disappearing, so you can still buy it.
